1964 MGB in San Antonio

There is coolant in cyl #3, thought at first head gasket deteriorated from sitting, but also found a new water pump behind seats so overheating may be the cause.

Dad bought it 12/73, I believe he bought it local.
Last year registered is '84
Mileage is 39287
Motor is original.
4-speed trans, no OD.
Driver seat kinda sagging, leather is pliable.
Key on : Ignition light on
                Fuel pump energized
                Fuel gauge registers 3/4 tank
Turn Sig: OK
Head Lts. OK (High & Low beam)
Running  Lts. OK
Wipers:  OK
Horn:  Inop.
Radio: OK
Blower motor:  OK
Starter: OK ...... does not turn over ...... I'm not surprised.
Cig. Lighter: OK
Brake lights: OK
Map light on passenger side: Inop
