Just more of the same...cleaning and painting.  Although I did drop off some of the parts for the head at Randy's place so he could finish rebuilding the head.  We're hoping to finish putting the motor together sometime next week.

Here's the small plate that the hydraulic lines (brake and clutch) bolt to on the passenger's side under the hood.  The bolts are inserted from the bottom and have a flat washer under the bolt head.  On top, the is a large flat washer under the front nut, and lock washers under both nuts.

Here's another view with one bolt removed.

Here's the hydraulic line mount plate removed from the car.

Here's the same plate on the driver's side.

A view of the hydraulic master cylinders and their cover.  The cover only had 1 of the 4 screws it was supposed to have, and I had to drill that one out.

The master cylinder cover removed from the car.

Another view.

The hydraulic line mount plate from the driver's side removed from the car.

Here's the "after" view of the radiator shroud...this (and the items in the next 2 shots) could nearly pass for new.
Check out the "before shot ".

Here's the "after shot" of the base plate for the windshield washer bottle mounting bracket.

And the "after shot" of the windshield washer bottle mounting bracket.

Just for kicks, I threw in an "after shot" of the carburetor assembly, including the intake manifold and PCV valve.
