We're almost ready to rebuild the front suspension.  Last night I clear coated most of the hardware, and tonight I painted the remaining pieces that needed paint, except the calipers and the swivel axles.  I haven't heard from Barron's yet, so it will be sometime next week before I can get them painted and ready.  I also painted the springs silver last night and they really look nice.  I think they'll look good contrasted against the black of the rest of the suspension.  Randy's working on cleaning up and polishing the shocks, and I'm still working on the calipers.  I finally got both pistons out and have most of the exterior cleaning done, but I still need to clean out the chambers and fluid channels.

I think we're going to go ahead and tear the rear end out this weekend, even though we haven't finished with the front end, just to make sure we have plenty of stuff to work on.

Here's the completely rebuilt and cleaned transmission...looks sharp!

Another shot.

And the completely rebuilt and painted steering assembly.

And here's the freshly painted springs.
