Today's theme is the windshield frame.  I've finished cleaning, sanding, polishing, and buffing one of the side posts.  For a first time effort, I'm amazed at how nice it looks, especially compared to how it looked before I started.  It still has some fine scratches in it, but I have to decide if it's worth spending more time to remove them.  I figure I've already worked over 10 hours on this one post, so I think I'm going to call it good for now.  If the rest of the pieces turn out much nicer with no scratches, I'll go back and touch this one up, but for now I need to get moving on the rest of the frame, since the windshield needs to be installed fairly early in the rebuild process.
