Wow...it's been a long drought between updates!  I really haven't done too much lately, since the weather here in Iowa turned warmer (although you'd never know it today...45 degrees and rain all day!) and my thoughts have turned toward golf, gardening and other outdoor activities.  I did finish cleaning and painting the new fuel tank, after taking it to a radiator shop and having them coat the top of it to keep it from rusting.  I also finished cleaning and restoring the fuel tank sending unit.  The float was in terrible shape.  I ended up patching the holes in it using some JB Weld, then dipped it in some Plasti-Dip (the stuff that's used to coat tool handles and such).  I got that idea from a guy on the internet who said he had done it several years ago and hadn't had any problems with it.

The last I heard nothing had been done with the body for a while...with the long winter and the hail we had here a couple of weeks ago, they've been plenty busy with "real" business, so haven't had time to work on it.  Since it looks like it'll be late summer at best before I will be driving my 'B, I decided to bring my '79 RX-7 out of storage and enjoy it for a while.  I didn't drive it all last summer since I was spending so much time on the 'B and it was taking up garage space.  I included a couple of pictures of it below.  I'll try to do another update soon with a few pictures of the work I've done over the past few months.
